Customer testimonial videos that sound like real people.
A customer saying your name and what changed beats anything you can say about yourself. The trick is getting real people to sound like themselves on camera. That's what I do: no scripts, just a conversation, edited down to the moments that matter.
What testimonial videos cost
With me, three testimonial videos from one shoot are $999. That is the 3-Video Shoot pointed at your customers: one hour at your business, three finished videos, delivered within 7 days. A single customer story film, with interviews, footage of their life or business and a full edit, starts at $5,000.
For comparison, Orlando-area studios publish about $1,500 to $6,000 for one testimonial video.
Why testimonials work so well
Your customers trust other customers. When someone like them says your name and what changed, the doubts they had before calling get answered by somebody with no reason to stretch the truth.
Written reviews do some of that. Video does more, because people hear the tone and see the face. It's hard to fake being relieved.
The catch is that a lot of testimonial videos sound like someone reading a statement. That's what happens when someone hands a customer a script. The fix is a real conversation and a good edit.
One hour, three real stories.
Pick the customers
Happy, specific, and local. A customer with a clear before and after is gold. We choose together on the strategy call.
Questions, not scripts
I ask about life before you, what happened, and what changed. They talk. I listen for the line that sells.
One story per video
Each video is built around one customer and the one doubt it answers: price, trust, quality, speed.
Use them everywhere
Your website, your Google Business Profile, your ads, and the text you send after an estimate.
Three ways to get them.
Testimonial shoot (3-Video Shoot)
One hour at your business, two or three customers, three finished videos. The fastest way to get testimonials working for you.
On a monthly plan
Any month a customer is willing, their story can be one of your videos. Posted for you with the rest.
Customer story film
One customer's story told properly: an interview, footage of their life or business, and a full edit. Great for a homepage or sales follow-up.

Your ads
A customer talking is often the ad that wins. If a video is headed for paid ads, tell me up front so the music license covers it. Video ads

What my clients say.
Four real Google reviews, word for word.
“We hired Bright Valley Media to shoot five videos to our social media each month. The results have been incredible!! The videos are fantastic and very professional! After a year we have noticed that we are noticeably busier and our sales have increased considerably!”
Found & Cherished · Google review
“Nathan does an excellent job of creating a variety of promotional videos with little to no input from the client. He has excellent judgement on what will work with the target audience and one of his videos he created for us has had over 500K views on Facebook.”
Michelle Wyatt · Google review
“I got exactly what I needed. I needed a professional video made and I needed it turned around in 24 hours. Nathan scheduled me in immediately. I traveled up to Deltona to shoot at his studio and had the video in hand the next day. Amazing.”
Jon Cobb · Google review
“Bright Valley Media checks all the boxes. Nathan directed, edited, and recorded a music video for me, which now has over 11k views! We filmed in a day, and he had an edited final product sent to me within 24 hours.”

You'll work with me, start to finish.
I'm Nathan LaValley. I've spent ten years making videos for businesses, more than 1,000 of them for over 100 local owners. I'm on every shoot and every edit, so the person you talk to on the first call is the person behind the camera.
That matters more than it sounds. I already know which videos get a phone call and which ones just get a like, so we plan for the call.
Tell me about your customers.
What you sell, and who would happily say so on camera. I'll call you back, ask a few questions, and we'll plan the shoot, usually within a day.
Tell me what you have in mind.
- Tell me what you need in a sentence or two
- I call you back and ask a few questions
- You get a written quote, usually within a day

Questions people ask
What if my customers are nervous on camera?+
Almost everyone is at first. We have a conversation, not a performance, and most people relax a few minutes in. If someone really doesn't want to be filmed, they don't have to be.
Do you write what they say?+
No. Scripted testimonials sound scripted. I ask questions and build the video from their real answers.
How long should a testimonial video be?+
For most uses, 30 to 90 seconds: one customer, one story. Longer customer story films have their place on a homepage, but the short ones do most of the work.
What if my customers can't come to my business?+
Then we plan around them. Some of the best testimonials are filmed in the customer's own home or business, where the result is right behind them, and customers can also come to my studio in Deltona. Filming in several places can change the quote, and I'll tell you up front.
Do I need permission to use the videos?+
Yes. Get written permission from every customer before their video goes public. It is simple, and it protects you both. For medical practices, patients go on camera only with signed consent.
Got it. Talk soon.
I'll call you back to go over it. Heads up: the call will come from a 321 number. If you miss me, I'll text you. If you'd rather not wait, call or text (321) 578-8477.
