Event coverage with me starts at $1,500. Conferences and multi-day events are quoted after a planning call. Photos of the same event start at $750. Your quote depends on hours, how many deliverables you want, and how fast you need them.
For comparison, Orlando-area video companies publish half-day, single-camera event coverage at about $1,500 to $2,500.

How far ahead should we book?+
As soon as you have a date. Events don't move, and the calendar fills first come, first served. Even if the details aren't final, a quick call holds the conversation open.
Can you work with our AV company?+
Yes. Put me in touch before the day. A clean audio feed from their board is the difference between speeches that sound right and speeches that sound like a gym.
Can we get something the same day?+
Yes. A short same-day recap is available for an added fee, and it is worth it when the event is trending on social that night. Tell me on the first call so the day is planned around it.
Do you cover events outside Orlando?+
I'm based in Deltona and travel is included within about 45 minutes, which covers Orlando, Lake Mary, Winter Park, Sanford, DeLand and Daytona Beach. Further out is possible, and it's part of the quote.
