Video pricing for churches and ministries.
I served as a pastor for nearly ten years and produced a feature documentary that went to every pastor in America. This is what it costs to tell your ministry's story well, and to keep your people and your city seeing it. Every price is the real number.
The 3-Video Shoot
One hour at your church or on the ground with a ministry. Three finished videos in your inbox within 7 days.
- Strategy call first: which three videos serve the people you're trying to reach, not just the ones already there
- One hour with Nathan, a Sunday, a midweek ministry, or a story that needs telling, cinema camera, pro audio
- Three edits: the pastor, a ministry at work, an invitation
- Yours to keep, ready to post, captioned, sized for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Why $999 is the fair number +
Other studios charge $1,500 to $4,000 for this: a shoot day and one to three finished videos. The price isn't padding. It's a $50,000 camera, audio and lighting kit. It's ten years and 1,000+ videos for local businesses, plus nearly ten years as a pastor, which is why I know the difference between a video that looks like church and one that makes someone walk in. It's an hour of directing that looks easy and isn't, and then a full day in the edit. It's $999 here because I'd rather you see the work than read about it.
Already did the $99 version? Then you've seen the work. Pick a retainer and we'll plan your first month together.

Bigger projects get a quote.
Documentaries, capital campaigns and conference work get a written quote. These are the starting points.
Tell me what you have in mind.
A sentence or two is plenty. I'll call you back, ask a few questions, and send a written quote, usually within a day.
Have Nathan call meRather talk now? Call or text (321) 578-8477.
Can you work from the footage our volunteers already shoot?+
Yes. The Clips retainer is built on it. Send me the service recording and I cut the eight moments that will actually get watched. If your cameras can't get something, that's what the monthly visit is for.
Is there a nonprofit or ministry rate?+
These are the ministry rates. I keep them where they are because the work is the same, and because a ministry that pays a fair price gets the same priority as every other client. If a specific project is beyond the budget, tell me on the call and we'll scope it down rather than water it down.
How long am I committing to?+
Retainers run 12 months, billed monthly by auto-pay. Either of us can end it on 30 days' notice, and if you leave before the sixth payment there is a one month fee. The term exists because consistency is the whole point: one good month is a nice month, and a year of them is a church people already know before they walk in.
Got it. Talk soon.
I'll call you back to go over it. Heads up: the call will come from a 321 number. If you miss me, I'll text you. If you'd rather not wait, call or text (321) 578-8477.
