Video pricing for medical, dental and med spa practices.
Patients pick the provider they already feel they know. This is what it costs to put a calm, competent face on your practice, and to keep it in front of the people searching for you. Every price is the real number.
The 3-Video Shoot
One hour in your practice. Three finished videos in your inbox within 7 days.
- Strategy call first: which three videos lower the fear of walking in the door
- One hour with Nathan, in your office, treatment rooms and front desk, cinema camera, soft lighting
- Three edits: meet the provider, what a first visit looks like, one question answered
- Yours to keep, ready to post, captioned, sized for Facebook, Instagram and your site
Why $999 is the fair number +
Other studios charge $1,500 to $4,000 for this: a shoot day and one to three finished videos. The price isn't padding. It's a $50,000 camera, audio and lighting kit. It's ten years and 1,000+ videos for local businesses, and enough time in treatment rooms to know that nobody wants to see a drill, they want to see the person holding it smile. It's an hour of directing that looks easy and isn't, and then a full day in the edit. It's $999 here because I'd rather you see the work than read about it.
Already did the $99 version? Then you've seen the work. Pick a retainer and we'll plan your first month together.

Bigger projects get a quote.
Multi-location groups, patient education libraries and recruiting films get a written quote. These are the starting points.
Tell me what you have in mind.
A sentence or two is plenty. I'll call you back, ask a few questions, and send a written quote, usually within a day.

How do you handle patient privacy?+
No patient appears on camera without a signed consent form, which I bring and keep on file for you. Most videos don't need a patient at all: the provider, the space and an empty treatment room say everything. When a patient wants to share their story, that's handled in writing first.
Our providers hate being on camera. Does this still work?+
That's most providers, and it's fine. I don't use scripts or teleprompters. I ask the questions patients ask, and the answers come out the way they would in the room. A nervous first take is normal and it never makes the cut.
How long am I committing to?+
Retainers run 12 months, billed monthly by auto-pay. Either of us can end it on 30 days' notice, and if you leave before the sixth payment there is a one month fee. The term exists because consistency is the whole point: one good month is a nice month, and a year of them is a business people already know before they call.
Got it. Talk soon.
I'll call you back to go over it. Heads up: the call will come from a 321 number. If you miss me, I'll text you. If you'd rather not wait, call or text (321) 578-8477.
